I am of British-Moroccan heritage born in Shoreham-by-sea and grew up starting in Horsham to Brixton to Tangier and then to Brighton in 2006.
I have been highly influenced by martial arts and have been in and out of the gym since I was 15 years old.
The variety of foods and nutrients fascinates me. How they interact with the human body and each other.
Growing up under the influence of boxing and martial arts gave me the foundation to my physical awareness and road to personal development.
At 15 I was introduced to a gym and shown how to train muscles with weights, specifically for bulk. This fascinated me and how it seemed to make so much sense. I have been lifting things ever since.
I approached personal training in 2010 after years of personal research but I was denied funding, however the itch remained and a response in 2016 set me on my personal trainer qualifying journey, officially.
I aim to achieve and maintain a well balanced body, flexible, healthy and functionally strong for myself.
For others I hope to instil in them a level of physical awareness that I have found crucial in keeping in touch with my physical form and nurturing it to the best of my abilities.
I am now a beginner Yogi and enjoy learning the practices and developing the flexibility, stability and strength i have discovered in the practice of yoga.
